Postgraduate Diploma in Translation Studies
This programme will give you a sound appreciation of translation as a professional activity. You will study theoretical issues, gain hands-on translation practice and learn how to use electronic tools.
- A completed bachelors degree, or approved appropriate academic or professional preparation, equivalent to a degree; and
- Competence in one of the languages offered for the Diploma equivalent to at least a B+ grade in a language course at Stage III or above at this University; and
- For students who are not native speakers of English and who have not had at least three years of tertiary education with English as the language of instruction, a minimum overall score of IELTS (Academic) 7 or equivalent.
An interview and written aptitude test may be required.
