You are an international student if you are not a citizen or permanent resident of New Zealand or Australia.

We are the largest and most diverse arts faculty in New Zealand.

Future undergraduates can choose from a large variety of subjects for the Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Theology degree. You may be able to take an approved combination of two degrees as part of a conjoint programme.

For postgraduate students we offer taught and research programmes in Arts and Theology, including the PhD.

Our diverse community of international students is based at the University’s City Campus, which is only a few minutes away from the heart of Auckland, New Zealand's largest and most cosmopolitan and multi-cultural city.

The Faculty of Arts provides a challenging and exciting academic environment which is informed by research excellence; many of our academic staff are internationally renowned scholars and researchers who are leaders in their fields.

The University offers specialised support services for international students through the International Office.
