Support services for international students
We offer specialised services to help international students settle into university life.
We can assess your level of academic English through the Diagnostic English Language Needs Assessment (DELNA). DELNA is used to direct you to appropriate sources of help; it is not used to exclude you from a programme and the results do not appear on your academic record.
Diagnostic English Language Needs Assessment (DELNA)
The University’s English Language Academy provides courses that will give you practical skills in academic writing, speaking and pronunciation, academic reading and listening.
You can join programmes and conversation groups through Student Learning.
You can improve your English in your own time through English Language Enrichment.
