Department of Political Studies lecture by the Hon Phil Goff, MP.

The Hon Phil Goff led the Parliamentary Labour Party after the defeat of the Labour-led Government in the 2008 General Election. In this seminar he will look back on his time as Leader of the Opposition, contrasting the roles of politicians on and off the Treasury benches.
