Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL)

Are you interested in a career teaching English and other languages? TESOL is available for both undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications.

Study options in TESOL

The Master of Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (MTESOL) is comparable to an MA in TESOL. The MTESOL is designed for students who have experience of teaching English as a second or foreign language.

From 2013 TESOL is also available as a BA major or minor.

TESOL is offered by the Department of Applied Language Studies and Linguistics.
