Postgraduate Diploma in Language Teaching

The PGDipLT is a professional qualification if you want to specialise in teaching a second or foreign language or in teaching other languages.

Admission requirements
  • A completed degree or adequate training and/or experience, and at least two years of teaching experience; or
  • A Bachelor of Arts with a major in one of the following, or equivalent: Linguistics and English Language Teaching; English Language Acquisition and Linguistics; Linguistics; a language.

One year full-time or up to four years part-time.
