Postgraduate Diploma in Arts
The PGDipArts is an alternative to the Bachelor of Arts (Honours). You can use a PGDipArts with an average grade of B or higher as the entry qualification for the one-year Master of Arts.

- A completed Bachelors degree from a New Zealand university and any specific courses required for your intended subject, or an equivalent and appropriate level of competence.
- Approval of the relevant Head of Department.

120 points from postgraduate courses in one BA(Hons) subject. You may also be able to include up to 30 points from another subject and/or a dissertation. You should seek advice about your planned enrolment from the Graduate Adviser of the subject you want to study.
