Forms for students
Here you can access the most frequently used forms. If you are not sure which form to use, ask the Arts Students' Centre.

Concession forms
You can apply for a concession online and will be prompted to do so during enrolment if required. Apply online.
If you are applying for a programme concession you will need to fill out an AR35 Programme Concession Request Form.

Language competency forms
If you want to study a modern language you must submit a Language Competency Form. This tells the department about your background (if any) in the language and ensures you take the right course/s. You may also need to sit a placement test.
