Our graduates pursue a variety of careers in a range of different fields.
Puawai completed an MA in Political Studies and is currently a Graduate Research Assistant at the James Henare Māori Research Centre.
Yasmine completed an BA(Hons) in French and is currently a journalist for Al Jazeera English based in Doha, Qatar.
Shezani completed a MA(Hons) in Anthropology and is currently a Graduate Archaeogist with Rio Tinto Alcan in Northern Queensland Australia.
Zebedee completed a BA/BS conjoint, majoring in Political Studies and Psychology, and currently is the Supporter Engagement Events Coordinator at Oxfam New Zealand.
Justin completed a PhD in Anthropology and is currently the Principle Advisor Cultural Heritage for Rio Tinto Technology and Innovation in Brisbane, Australia.
Sarah completed an MA in History and is currently the chief executive of the Child Cancer Foundation, Inc.
Mara completed an MA in History and is currently a Relationship Advisor in Environmental Services at the Auckland Council.
Ya-Wen Ho completed a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Fine Arts conjoint, with a BA double major in English and Economics.
Courtney completed a BA/BCom conjoint degree, majoring in French, Accounting and Economics, and now works as an analyst for a management consulting firm.
Daniel Fielding completed a BA double majoring in Political Studies and History, and currently works as a public affairs and political consultant.
Hayo Reinders completed a PhD in Language Teaching and Learning and is the Head of Learner Development at a university in London.
Lisa Rogers completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Arts in Museums and Cultural Heritage and is a curator at an Auckland Art Gallery.
Paul Bowker completed a PhD in Spanish and is a lecturer in the Spanish programme at Victoria University of Wellington.
Danny Robertson completed a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Studies and is a marketing associate with Gust, LLC.
Zhivan Alach completed a PhD in Political Studies and is currently Policing Development Manager for Auckland Metro Crime and Operations Support (NZ Police).
Tobias Haque completed a MA in Sociology and is an economist with the Poverty Reduction and Economic Management Unit of the World Bank.
Amelia Abplanalp completed a Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies and History and currently works as the Private Secretary to the Speaker, Dr The Rt Hon Lockwood Smith.
