For undergraduate students
- If you are enrolling in a European language course for the first time, refer to the information about the Language Competency Form.
- If you are enrolling in a French language course for the first time, also see the information about first enrolment in French.
- For advice about the subject/s we teach contact our Undergraduate Adviser.
- For questions about coursework requirements or referencing, or if you are having difficulties with a course, approach your lecturer or tutor.
- First-year Māori and Pacific students can get support through the Tuākana Arts mentoring programme. Most departments have a Tuākana mentor.

For postgraduate students
- Our Graduate Adviser is available to advise all future or current postgraduate students.
- If you are planning to enrol in a postgraduate programme, you should consult the Graduate Adviser about your planned course of study.
- For questions about coursework requirements or referencing, or if you are having difficulties with a course, approach the course lecturer/convenor.
- For enquiries about research projects, contact the Graduate Adviser or your supervisor.
