Societies and associations

The committee allows for consultation between Departmental staff and students on matters of common interest. Student members are elected from Māori Studies classes and are encouraged to take on the roles of Chairperson, Secretary and Committee Representative on the Arts faculty.

Ngā Tauira Māori is the Māori student association on campus. It includes the University Kapa Haka group, Te Whānau o Waipapa.
