You can contact the following people if you need help or advice.
For undergraduate students
- For advice about the subject/s we teach contact our Undergraduate Adviser.
- For questions about coursework requirements or referencing, or if you are having difficulties with a course, approach your lecturer or tutor.
- First-year Māori and Pacific students can get support through the Tuākana Arts mentoring programme. Most departments have a Tuākana mentor.

For postgraduate students
- Our Graduate Adviser is available to advise all future or current postgraduate students.
- If you are planning to enrol in a postgraduate programme, you should consult the Graduate Adviser about your planned course of study.
- For questions about coursework requirements or referencing, or if you are having difficulties with a course, approach the course lecturer/convenor.
- For enquiries about research projects, contact the Graduate Adviser or your supervisor.
Māori Studies Subject Librarian
Anahera Morehu, our Māori Studies Subject Librarian, is available to help students and staff. Anahera is located opposite the Mātauranga Māori collection, Ground Floor in the General Library (Māori Services, General Library, Room G28).
