The Department’s Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and Master of Arts programmes offer a range of postgraduate courses embracing diverse theoretical, aesthetic and historical approaches to the related fields of film, television and media studies.

In addition, our BA(Hons) programme provides academic research training that is not only highly marketable but also an invaluable preparation for the kind of independent research some students will subsequently pursue in writing a dissertation or thesis at MA level.

Along with our BA(Hons) and Masters programmes, we have a growing PhD programme with students researching a wide variety of topics in film, television and media studies.
