Postgraduate Diploma in Translation Studies (PGDipTranslationStud)

Admission requirements
 

• A completed bachelors degree, or approved appropriate academic or professional preparation, equivalent to a degree; and
• Competence in one of the languages offered for the Diploma equivalent to at least a B+ grade in a language course at Stage III or above at this University; and
• for students who are not native speakers of English and who have not had at least three years of tertiary education with English as the language of instruction, a minimum overall score of IELTS (Academic) 7 or equivalent.  

An interview and written aptitude test may be required.

Duration

One year full-time or up to four years part-time.
 

Required course of study

120 points as specified in the schedule for the diploma.
