General Info

Jennifer holds a BA and MA (First Class Hons) from Waikato University (1990; 1992), a PhD in Political Science from the Australian National University (1997) and a Graduate Certificate in Higher Education from the University of Canberra (2001). Prior to her arrival at the University of Auckland, Jennifer taught politics and policy at Monash University, and the University of Canberra and held a postdoctoral position at the Australian National University. She has also worked as a policy research officer in the Australian Federal Parliament and was the Australian Parliamentary Fellow in 2000.
