We offer expert guidance throughout your studies. Our friendly and knowledgeable student advisers are currently studying and understand your perspective. You don’t need an appointment to come and see us. We provide help with:

  • Applying and enrolling.
  • Planning your enrolment.
  • What you need to do to complete your degree.
  • Any questions you have about the Faculty of Arts or the University.

The DELNA programme (Diagnostic English Language Needs Assessment) is for all incoming students, whether or not English is your first language. DELNA is used to assess your level of academic English and direct you to the best sources of help.

First Year Experience Programme

The Faculty of Arts’ First Year Experience Programme partners incoming Arts students with a student mentor who will provide orientation and pastoral support in the first semester. This partnership will help to quickly integrate first year students into campus culture, making the transition to university study smoother.
