Public Policy

Studying public policy can develop your potential for leadership in the public sector.

If you are interested in a policy career, you can take our Master of Public Policy degree. You can also study public policy as part of an undergraduate or postgraduate programme in Politics and International Relations.

Postgraduate careers

The Master of Public Policy will prepare you for a career in public policy or local and national government. Your study will develop:

  • knowledge of political and policy processes
  • acquaintance with issues in governance
  • experience with tools for policy analysis and evaluation
  • the ability to apply economic and statistical analysis in policy development
  • research and project management skills
