About European Studies

The European Studies programme brings together courses and staff research with a focus on Europe from throughout the Faculty of Arts.

We examine a wide range of historical and contemporary topics on Europe. We approach Europe from a variety of disciplines and perspectives, including culture, society and politics; art history; ancient history and classical studies; history, philosophy and theology.
