"I love Arts, as it provides an extensive range of subjects to study and specialise in.

"I’ve not only chosen subjects such as Politics and International Relations and Pacific Studies that will progress me into my future career, but have also taken on subjects such as Sociology and Gender Studies that have broadened my thinking and worldview. You never know what new knowledge you are going to receive until you try out a course that you have never studied before.

"The student lifestyle, especially in your first year is exhilarating. I’ve discovered that classes and school work aren’t the only things that can keep you occupied at University, because there is always something new to do. From specialised clubs and groups, to even faculty sport tournaments and weekly markets or performances in the quad – there is a great balance of work and play that always keeps you on your toes.

"I’ve learnt that the best way to learn is to always give new things a good go. The Faculty of Arts allows for you to experiment and explore with your options. You won’t know who you are until you get out of your comfort zone!"
