Multi-Level Analysis with Structural Equation Modelling

Prerequisites

This course assumes that participants have a basic of structural equation modelling and experience with using Mplus. Participants who do not possess these are strongly encouraged to attend the 2-day workshop on Introduction to Structural Equation Modelling with Mplus first.

Course outline 

This 1-day workshop presents analytical methods for multi-level studies with latent variables. It provides:

  1. the basic concepts behind multi-level organisational research,
  2. comparison of nested data and multi-level theory
  3. understanding of hierarchical linear models, and
  4. Mplus syntax for testing various forms of multi-level data and theory.

Hands-on data analysis with examples will be provided.
