- Natalie Germann (for voluntary service to Youthline, Auckland Hospital and Starjam)
- Gemma Hu (for contributions as co-founder and manager of Synergy)
- Kya Lal (for advancing the causes of Pasifika peoples, New Zealand youth and Climate Change awareness)
- Devi Malhotra (for volunteer work in Bangladeshi banking and Balinese orphanages)

- Hamish Saunders (for leadership and mentoring in Auckland debating)

- David Light (for boxing – Silver Medal in Heavyweight Boxing at the Commonwealth Games, current national boxing champion) David was also the recipient of the Blues Sportsman of the Year Award.
- Helen Murray (for ice and inline hockey – two Blues Awards: one for representing NZ at the IIHF Women's Ice Hockey World Championships in Italy, the other for representing NZ at the inline Hockey World Championships in France)
