Come along for performances from two distinguished practictioners of poetry and multi-genre installation work.

Laura Mullen is the McElveen Professor of English at Louisiana State University and the author of eight books, most recently Complicated Grief. Her many honors include awards from the National Endowment for the Arts, the Rona Jaffe Foundation, and the MacDowell Colony.

Melanie Rands is of Hawaiian, Fijian, and Scottish descent, and is a curator, visual artist and poet based in Auckland. She is a member of the Pacific Advisory Group at the Auckland War Memorial Museum and the co-founder of ecostore, a business that makes and sells sustainable, plant based products.
